Saved Reflections

A quick guide

How to Use the App

A new reflection is waiting each day. Here is what everything does.

‹ ›
Previous and next

Use the arrows beside the date to revisit earlier reflections. You cannot move beyond today.

♡
Save a reflection

Tap the heart under a reflection. A filled heart means it has been saved.

♥
Find saved reflections

Tap Saved at the top of the app to read everything you have saved or remove something from the list.

◉
Listen

Tap Listen to have the quote, reflection, and question read aloud. Tap it again to stop.

↗
Share

Turn the day’s thought into a seasonal picture you can share, or send the reflection as text.

✎
Private journal

Write beneath the reflection and your words save automatically on this device. They are not posted or shared.

●
Voice-to-text

Tap Dictate, allow microphone access, and speak. Your phone turns your voice into journal text. Tap Stop when finished. Voice recognition may be processed by your phone or browser’s speech service.

Settings

Choose a season, use automatic seasonal changes, enlarge the text, select a darker reading card, add a journal PIN, or install the app.

⌾
Your privacy

No account is required. Journal entries, favourites, preferences, and your PIN stay on this device. Voice audio is used only while Dictate is active and may be processed by the phone or browser’s speech-recognition service. Clearing stored app data may erase journal entries, so this should not be your only copy of anything important.
